Creating Business and Partnership Development strategies
Managing the B2B partnership and commercial deal with international Tour operator, Travel Agency, ecc..
Setting the layout of the partnership acquisition project
Carrying out negotiations and drawing up contracts
Implementing long-term partnerships in line with the industry evolution and market conditions
Supporting and constantly updating with other business areas, especially with the
Sales Product Manager and the Marketing team
Analyzing data and monitoring results

Passionate about sport, active tourism and sustainability
A professional with at least 5 years of experience in a sale and partnership position (at least 8 years)
Excited to manage clients & partners portfolios
Able to use software programs and CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot)
Strong in communication skills
A high performer with exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
Experienced in marketing and creative partnership management
Experienced in HR (nice to have)
Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
Knowledgeable of the tourism industry and the online communication media
